Kolmanskop #12 - 150 x 120cms Raw Oak Framed Print
Kolmanskop is an abandoned diamond mining town near the town of Luderitz in the south west of Namibia, Africa. In 1908 diamonds were discovered in the area and a rich town featuring accommodation, food halls, theatres and bowling alleys were built. By the 1950s the diamonds were no longer and the settlement was abandoned. Slowly being consumed by the sand, these buildings tell the story of a rich past.
