Photographing from above the boats on the Noosa River was a thrilling adventure that allowed me to see this beautiful Australian waterway in an entirely new light. As I boarded a small seaplane, I could hardly contain my excitement, knowing that the perspective from above would unveil a world of stunning beauty and unique angles for my photographs.

The seaplane gracefully lifted off from the water's surface, and as we gained altitude, the Noosa River unfolded below us. The water shimmered like liquid silver, winding its way through a tapestry of lush greenery. The boats, scattered along the river, looked like colorful dots on a canvas of nature.

With my camera in hand, I leaned out of the plane's window, capturing the view below. The boats, some anchored, others gently gliding along the river, created intriguing patterns and compositions. The water's surface sparkled in the sunlight, reflecting the blue sky above.

As we circled above the river, I had a bird's-eye view of the boats, each one telling its own story. Some were leisurely cruising, while others were anchored near pristine sandbanks, where passengers enjoyed the serene setting. The riverbanks were a patchwork of green, fringed with tall trees, and the colors and textures added depth to my photographs.

The seaplane's altitude allowed me to capture the entire expanse of the river in a single frame. The river snaked its way through the landscape, creating a breathtaking composition. The boats, with their various shapes and sizes, seemed to be harmoniously integrated into the natural setting.

WHICH FINISH?

Great question! Here's what we recommend...

CANVAS - On trend (we sell heaps) and great for most homes with lots of windows. Soaks up the reflection.
ACRYLIC - On trend with its frameless look. Suits modern homes with big white walls. Highly reflective though.
METAL - The shinny version of canvas. It's framed the same way but instead is very shinny and flat.
FRAMED - Traditional look however we don't sell many framed prints these days.
ROLLED - Perfect if you have your own framer however, remember framing is expensive!

All Rolled Prints come with a white border. This allows you to have the print framed without having to pay for a mount board.

- 60 x 40cms prints typically have 5cms each side

- 100 x 75cms and larger have 7cms each side.
