You will be AMAZED with the stunning beauty of Lake Baikal

In a remote part of Russia, some six hours to the east of Moscow, lies the stunningly beautiful Lake Baikal - the largest and deepest freshwater lake in the world.

The ice on Baikal is a real miracle of nature. The patterns of cracks, bubbles and chips is never repeated. It has a different colour everywhere, from white to piercing blue to cosmic black. When you stand on the ice of Baikal, underneath of you is one kilometre of water!

But there’s no need to be alarmed. You’re suspended above this water by a thick layer of ice that is frozen solid for the time we are there in February.

Icicles in their thousands hang from ice caves on offshore islands. They are incredibly photogenic and yet another reason to visit Baikal.

This surreal world of Lake Baikal awaits you. Join us on this remarkable adventure.

You'll photograph many of the hidden gems of Lake Baikal that your guides have spent many weeks researching.

Limited to just 6 participants, you'll receive plenty of expert tuition from your two professional leaders.

You'll be staying in your very own modern private room with ensuite for ultimate privacy.
